Alegna Arts

Creative movement represents the different sides of the arts, from Dance, Drama and signing for all ages. This is an opportunity for individuals to express how amazing God is in a creative matter.

In Psalm 149:3-4 it says "Let them praise his name with dancing and make music to him with timbrel and harp. For the LORD takes delight in his people; He crowns the humble with victory"

God gives us gifts, talents and abilities to glorify Him in different ways- as long as we serve Him faithfully and invest the gifts he has blessed us with.

1 Corinthians 12:5-6 "There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work".

Overall lets open up our hearts to connect with God and share our gifts and talents to see God's word come to life through this ministry.

Mission

New methods must be introduced. God's people must awake to the necessities of the time in which they are living. God has men [and women] whom He will call into His service, -men[and women] who will not carry forward the work in the lifeless way in which it has been carried forward in the past... (Ellen G. White Evangelism pg. 70)

The context of worship isn't just about a creative type of expression, but to lead God's people to experience His presence. It should be done in way that is helpful to the entire congregation, it's community and to honour God

1 Corinthians 14:40 "Be sure that everything is done properly in good and orderly way".

Creative Movement vision is to encourage and convey God's message through building an emotional and spiritual connection that represents praise and worship art performances
